About Jillian Lawrence

Jillian began to practise complementary and alternative therapies in 1989, but has always had a passion for empowering and supporting others and carries this philosophy into her role as an educator, counsellor, coach and therapist.

She is a qualified nurse, midwife, teacher and therapist with over 25 years experience as a health professional. She is currently a practising midwife specialising in perinatal and parental education.

Jillian believes that we all have a huge innate potential for personal healing and development. It can be the simplest life change that has the greatest effect on one's health and wellbeing. She considers her role is to empower and facilitate people to release their potential.

She has worked with both male and female clients aged 8 to 80 on a range of physical, emotional & spiritual issues and has been fortunate to chair the Complementary Therapy Group and be proactive in bringing therapies into use within The Ipswich Hospital maternity unit.

Jillian has developed a private practice to incorporate her professional and therapeutic roles.
